Those who make it through the Movestack Screening program become Stackers. These Stackers are empowered to provide fast and reliable deliveries.
Yes. All Stackers requests a delivery code from the receiver before handing over the package. This delivery code is automatically generated and sent to the receiver when a delivery request is placed on our system. The receiver can then give this code to someone else to receive the package if they are not available.
You get a push notification and optionally, a call from the assigned stacker.
All packages being delivered on the Movestack Network are fully insured for up to GHS 200 against theft and damages. In the case of damages or exceptions, we perform thorough investigations and ensure you are adequately compensated.
